When Champions Collide: The 2019 Laguna Choral Festival

Laguna Tourism, Culture, Arts and Trade Office

January 12, 2020

The Provincial Government of Laguna, through the Laguna Tourism, Culture, Arts and Trade Office, held the 2019 Laguna Choral Festival on 11 December 2019 at the Robinsons Galleria South, San Pedro City.

The choral competition featured local artist Raul Ramos Lantican, a multi–awarded composer from Santa Rosa City, whose songs were chosen to be sung by the contestants.

Placing 2nd runner up was the Casa del Nino Chorale Ensemble from San Pedro City; 1st runner up was the Siniloan Integrated National High School from Siniloan; and the grand champion was the St. Anthony of Padua Vocal Ensemble.

The event’s venue itself is a work of art as it was designed to be unique among big modern malls, incorporating visual art in its architecture inside and out.
