PUDHO continues tie up with DHSUD despite pandemic

Provincial Urban Development and Housing Office
June 25, 2020

The Provincial Urban Development and Housing Office (PUDHO) headed by Mr. Vivencio G. Malabanan continues to serve and perform its duties despite the COVID-19 pandemic, utilizing video conferencing tools for its meetings with partner agencies in order to limit physical contact  and control the spread of the virus.

Assistant Housing Coordinator for Cabuyao City Ms. Crispina L. Manrique participated in the meeting through the Zoom web-based video conferencing tool on June 9, 2020 with Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Eduardo del Rosario, and homeowners association (HOA) federation officers of Region IV-A CALABARZON.

It was  a “kamustahan” meeting regarding the participation  of HOA in flattening  the COVID-19 curve in their respective areas, and the Proposed Implementing Rules and Regulations on Republic Act 9904, otherwise known as The Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners Associations.

Also present in the meeting were Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) Louie Odeamar, Nini Sanchez and Atty. Jan Roby Otero of HLURB Laguna.
