MISO employees receive Certificates of Appreciation

Provincial Management Information Systems Office

April 10, 2019

Management Information Systems Office (MISO) employees were awarded certificates of appreciation for their valuable contribution on the development and installation of the Queuing System at the Laguna Medical Center (LMC).

The LMC caters to a lot of people who are in need of medical services, and one of the problems they encounter is how to systematically handle a large influx especially in the billing section.

In this regard, the MISO worked with LMC to come up with a solution to address the problem, and MISO eventually designed and developed said queuing system to organize the waiting line, reduce queue length and improve customer satisfaction.

MISO head Mr. Jaime M. Garcia also received a Certificate of Appreciation for his considerable contribution and support to the said project.

The certificates were awarded by LMC Chief Dr. Edgar M. Palacol during the weekly flag raising ceremony on the 18th of March 2019 at the provincial capitol Time Plaza.
