Laguna finswimmers bag 8 golds in Hongkong

STA. CRUZ, Laguna – With great pleasure and pride, Governor Ramil L. Hernandez received LagunafinswimmersLance Maverick Hizola, Olivia NorynOcampo and Adrian Kuk Chong Park who all bagged gold medals in the recent 2018 Hong Kong Underwater Association Finswimming Competition, during the team’s recent courtesy visit at the provincial capitol.

 

Hizola bagged 5 golds and 2 silvers,Ocampo garnered 2 golds and 3 silvers, while Kuk Chong Park brought home 1 gold, 3 silvers, and 1 bronze medal.

The three athletes represented the country in the said tournament together with their teammates in the Junior National Finswimming Team headed by Coach Mary C. Ann Reyes of the Philippine Finswimming Federation, Inc. (PFFI).They are all product of Laguna’s tie-up programs with PFFI.(PIO Laguna)
