-          Collection of Cancer Cases reported in every Municipality

        House to house visit organization of Fertility Awareness

II.                PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
 
 
 
1.      To reduce morbidity and mortality of cervical and breast cancer by at least 1% per year in 3 years thru early detection and prompt treatment.
2.      To screen at least 2% of 18% of the total population.
3.      To strengthen Laguna Cancer and Maternal Registry Program.
 
 
1.      To increase Natural Family Planning contraceptive Prevalence rate 1% per year in 3 years.
2.      To strengthen cooperation, communication and shared responsibility among couples.
 
 
1.      To reduces Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) by 5% per year.
 
 
1.      To integrate the program with the K2 Kinse Kumpleto Program of the Governor.
2.      To promote staff development courses/trainings/continuing medical education to update/strengthen expertise of personnel.
3.      To evaluate/monitor the program and personnel performance; and may Conduct research activities.
4.      To maintain 17 Family Welfare Centers, 2 Cancer Detection Laboratories and Administrative Office.

IV.             STRUCTURE
                             
 
The PPO – Clinical Services is under the Office of the Governor. The Provincial Health Office directly supervises the office. The Medical Officer V administers/supervises the Administrative. Family Welfare Center and Cancer Detection Laboratory Personnel.
