The Laguna Labor Management Council Inc. (LLMCI) recently held its 5th General Assembly on November 24, 2016 at the NYK-TDG Maritime Academy Gymnasium in Canlubang, Calamba City.
 
     With the theme“Challenge for Change Toward Sustainable Decent Employment and Productivity Through Tripartism,” the affair was participated in by a record-breaking attendance of more than 700 delegates from labor, business and government sectors.
 
Highlights of the program were the motivational talk by Mr. Anthony Martin Pangilinan on work attitude and values, keynote speech by DOLE UsecDominador Say and the unveiling and signing of the Commitment on Tripartism and the Social Accord on Sustainable Decent Employment and Productivity.
 
LLMCI is a Provincial Industrial Tripartite Council in Laguna composed of labor, management and government representatives lead by DOLE-Laguna Provincial Office and the Provincial Government of Laguna. The core function of LLMCI is to promote industrial peace and harmony through sustained dialogue, continuing labor-management education and collaboration on common programs and projects.
