MISO provides tech support to Biñan City STC

The Management Information Systems Office (MISO) provided technical support to the Serbisyong Tama Caravan medical and dental Mission at Brgy. Soro-Soro’s covered Court in Biñan City, Laguna on November 17.

Serbisyong Tama Caravan’s medical and dental mission is a weekly event of the Provincial Government of Laguna that offers free medical consultation with free medicine, free dental services, free optical consultation, and free eyeglasses to the public. They also offer feeding program, free haircut, agriculture supplies distribution and veterinary services also for free. They can avail all of these services without leaving their barangays.

With the huge volume of people attending the caravan, MISO took the chance to promote the province and the accomplishments of the Provincial Government of Laguna (LGU) under the leadership of Governor Ramil L. Hernandez by providing monitors and speakers to display audio visual presentations (AVPs) of the said accomplishments and promotions.

MISO staff arrives at the venue couple of hours early to set up monitors and speakers in strategic locations. The AVPs serve as entertainment to the public while they are waiting for their turn to be served.

MISO and PGL headed by Governor Hernandez are aiming to improve the services of the provincial government by incorporating Information Technology in every project which will result to better services for the constituents.
