Patients and Visitors Policy

 Visiting Policy

Visitors are an important part of the healing process. We encourage family and friends to visit.  However, rest is very important to our patients especially those with  heart problem and hypertension.  Hence, visiting hours and rules may vary depending on your patient's condition.

Visiting Time:

Service Ward – 3:00 – 5:00 pm

Pay Ward – 9:00 – 12:00 am

                     3:00 – 5: 00 pm

2. Age of Visitors

Children below 7 years old are not allowed, However, if there is a request from the patient, they maybe allowed provided there is proper coordination of the nurse on duty with the attending physician, head nurse, nurse supervisor on duty and guard on duty.  Children should be primed by the family on what to expect to see and must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult who is not the patient.

3. Visitors’ Health

Any visitor exposed to or having a communicable disease should not visit patients.

4. Number of Visitors

The hospital is limiting visitors to two at a time to promote rest and comfort to our patients while recuperating. We encourage families to schedule their visits.

6. Smoking/Drinking Alcoholic Beverages

Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in all areas of the hospital.

7. Bringing of fire arms

For security reason, all fire arms must be deposited at the security guard before entering the hospital premises.

8. Special Consideration

Religious groups may be allowed to pray over patients provided that the patient’s status is stable and there is no on-going procedures at the bedside.  The guard should coordinate with the headnurse and nurse supervisor on duty.
