Conduct Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES).

This service aims to provide basic knowledge on coop philosophies, history, values, principles, structure, membership, capitalization and registration requirements, etc. to organized associations or groups who are willing to form a cooperative. The PMES is conducted at the time and place arranged with the client. PCDO provides transport vehicle for the staff; who also acts as the facilitator and resource persons. Client provides food for the resource speakers and participants.

This service aims to provide electronics copy of the Cooperative Pro-Forma templates in order to fill in the different forms as a requirement prior to CDA registration. These are the following templates which require to be filled in: a. Articles of Cooperation; b. Bylaws; c. Economic Survey; d. Guide to ACR Forms; e. Treasurer’s Affidavit

Provides documentation assistance in Cooperative Pro-Forma Registration Requirements.

This service aims to provide guidance on the proper filling–in of the cooperative pro-forma registration requirements such as Articles of Cooperation; Bylaws; Economic Survey; Guide to ACR Forms, Treasurer’s Affidavit, etc. These will be prepared by the client in four (4) original sets or original copies. PCDO has the original pro-forma forms and the client has to bring the USB to copy the E-forms from PCDO.

This service aims to provide advance knowledge and technical skills on Coop Strategic Planning; Direction Setting: Vision, Mission, Goal, Objectives; Financial Management & Records Keeping and Market Linkaging to registered coops with needs on capability building, institutional strengthening, networking and advocacy. This is in compliance to the CDA Training requirements for the Board of Directors, General Manager, Treasurer, Auditor, etc. On-the Job coaching is conducted at the time and place arranged with the client. PCDO provides transport vehicle for the staff who serve as the facilitator and resource persons; Client provides food for the resource speakers and participants.
